Please read all the terms and conditions below before making any bookings.
- Epic Travels reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Existing bookings will be honored at the rate that was booked.
- We reserve the right to change your Vehicle or driver at any time if necessary, without prior notice.
- Please be sure to leave sufficient time to reach your destination and correct booking information has been given to us, such as: number of passengers, date/time and destination address.
- The driver will drive at reasonable speed permitted according to his judgement, taking into consideration road conditions and traffic at any particular time.
- When a hirer desires to travel to a particular place, the driver will unless specifically otherwise instructed by the Company travel by the route which is, in his opinion, the best and most convenient for motoring at this time whether the route is shortest or not, and no allowance will be made to the hirer on the ground that the route adopted is not actually the shortest.
- A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is allowed, but luggage, which in the opinion of the driver amounts to an excessive weight/size, will not be carried. The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the car howsoever such loss or damage is caused.
- In case of excessive luggage requirements, the company has to be notified 24 hours prior to the journey.
- Epic Travels is not liable for any loss of tickets or any delays in bookings due to the delays caused by traffic conditions or breakdowns. However, we will try to ensure passengers reach the destination on time as best as possible.
- Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in our vehicles due to various reasons, including the safety of our drivers and passengers. Any abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Not abiding by the rules will result in terminating the trip. - For any complaints, please reach out to us directly. Please be aware that some calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
- TO SECURE BOOKINGS – We ask for a 10% deposit for a one-way trip or 20% for both ways or a set amount of deposit in advance at the time of booking, which will not be refundable if :
*Your trip is cancelled, and you didn’t notify us 24 hours prior to the journey.
*Access luggage that has not been notified.
*Passengers exceed the limit in the vehicle.
*The driver has waited outside your address for
more than 20 minutes and no one has shown up.

All rates quoted are in GBP(Great Britain’s Pounds) unless otherwise specified.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate unless otherwise specified.
The Company accepts the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Swich/Maestro.
Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
