The service is really good and the vehicle used was a Mercedes Vito van, leather seats, and complimentary sweets and water. Ali also helped with the luggage on and off which was a bonus because I have a bad back. Lastly really pleased with the service and have rebooked for next airport journey in March.

They put the customer first. On one journey my return flight was diverted and it knocked my arrival at Manchester back by +6 hours or so after the planned time. Epic re-planned accordingly without any fuss or extra charge and ensured I got home. A brilliant service which I will continue to use.
