He was updating me constantly through the WhatsApp and he send me picture of them when he found them. My parents don't speak English very well and Ali talked to me on the phone and tell me to ask them if they need any water or the heating on. They safely arrived at home on time. I strongly recommend this business. Very satisfied.

The service is really good and the vehicle used was a Mercedes Vito van, leather seats, and complimentary sweets and water. Ali also helped with the luggage on and off which was a bonus because I have a bad back. Lastly really pleased with the service and have rebooked for next airport journey in March.

Epic provide a great service - reliable, turn up on time, check and update via WhatsApp prior... read more to travel, clean comfortable vehicles, polite professional drivers, good pricing. They put the customer first. On one journey my return flight was diverted and it knocked my arrival at Manchester back by +6 hours or so after the planned time. Epic re-planned accordingly without any fuss or extra charge and ensured I got home. A brilliant service which I will continue to use.
