What does this price cover?
This price includes door-to-door service and covers all pick-up and drop-off parking fees, with no hidden charges. Upon your return, if your flight is delayed, or you have problems at passport control, or trouble finding your luggage, our driver will wait patiently without any extra charges and welcome you with a smile.

How do I know which vehicle size to book?
To ensure a safe and comfortable journey, please choose a vehicle that accommodates both your group size and all your luggage (including “checked” and “carry-on” bags).
Standard Saloon (4-Seater)
Capacity: 4 Passengers
Luggage: 2 Large Suitcases + 2 Hand Bags
Best for: Couples or solo travelers with standard holiday luggage.
MPV / SUV (6-Seater)
Capacity: 6 Passengers
Luggage: 2/3 Large Suitcases + 3 Hand Bags
Best for: Small families. Note: If you have 6 people AND 6 large bags, you must upgrade to the 8-seater.
Large Minibus (8-Seater)
Capacity: 8 Passengers
Luggage: 8/10 Large Suitcases
Best for: Large groups, golf trips, or families with “heavy packers.” This is our most spacious option with an extra-large boot.
Can I request a child seat or booster?
Yes, please let us know during booking. We provide child and booster seats upon request in our Epic Plus Package.
Do you accommodate extra luggage or sports equipment?
Yes, Absolutely! We have plenty of room for golf clubs, skis, and prams—we just need a heads-up.
Please list any “outsize” items in your booking notes so we can assign the right vehicle.

How do I book a journey with Epic Travels?
You can book online using our 4-step booking system, call us directly, or send an inquiry via email or WhatsApp. We use whatsapp to confirm bookings and assign drivers.
What happens when i send a booking inquiry?
1. Our team will review your request and reach out to confirm availability for your preferred date and time, and to verify your journey details.
2. Once everything is confirmed, you’ll be asked to pay a deposit. After payment, you’ll receive your official PDF booking confirmation.
How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially for airport transfers or long-distance journeys. However, same-day bookings may be possible depending on availability.
Can I book a return journey at the same time?
Yes! You can book both legs of your journey during the same process or by letting us know your return details.

Will you track my flight?

Your driver will meet you inside the terminal or at the arrivals area and guide you to his vehicle. Make sure to contact him when you are ready.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No need to worry—we track delays and will adjust your pickup time accordingly, at no extra charge.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Can I get a receipt or invoice?

What happens if I need to cancel?
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the journey. Cancellations after that may incur a fee.
